I WANT to buy an EV in about a year's time - Dec 2010. I am hoping there will be a choice I am comfortable with by then.
Since following EVcast I have learned enough to know I want the Ampera (UK Volt) which is not due to be made here until 2012.
Next Idea is an electric converted BMW C1 (Factory made not due until 2015) to fill the gap.
It anyone makes a car with a decent size electric motor + the Lotus 3cyl erev engine before the Ampera reaches us I will probably buy that instead.
