I'm a retired engineer. (electrical) In 1997 I became interested in electric bikes and began buying and testing available kits which could be installed on conventional bikes. As my interest grew I started selling and installing the kits for local customers. Soon afterward, I developed a Website (www.EVdeals.com) and branched into e-scooters, e-bikes, and assorted parts. In about 2001 I began making custom accessories and drive components which improved the useability and/or performance of these vehicles. I'm still selling new bikes and scooters but have begun to specialize more in custom machined sprockets and drive components for the old Currie USPD kits and bikes as well as Lashout, Electrek, and Rayos.
