Ryan, Did you say the Prius solar panels are 2 to 5 Kilowatts? am I missing something here? The collection of solar panels on my house are 3 Kilowatts and way too big to put on a car.ThanksJohn C. Briggs

The vehicle requires 2-5 KW to run the electrical system. The solar panels might only be 0.2KW.

Well, I think electric vehicles really are made to lessen the spread of pollution just like what toyota is doing right now. They really are modifying toyota parts in order for them to have an energy efficient and close to pollution free electric vehicle.
