I remember a map in National Geographic about 2 years ago showing all the oil reserves.  i tried to find it but couldn't came across this map.

I saw that Zenn video earlier, sure hope it is a fake thanks for the catch.  There is also another video regarding the Prius, where some guy in England shoots a Prius.

A 5000 btu room air conditioner uses 500 watts.

The state of the art spectrolab PV panels can generate 35 watts per Sq foot.  However, they are really expensive used in space.  However costs will come down.  Many places in California have 6 sun-hours a day.  If you have a 5x10 foot solar panel on your car.  That array would generate 10500 watt-hrs a day.  The ZeNn and efficient low speed vehicles use about 120 watt-hrs a mile.  So theoretically that panel would drive the car 87 miles a day or 31,900 miles a year.  So PV running your car is a possibility.

Imagine a train 1/4 mile long, that train could easily be run 24-7 on PV alone.  With no overhead wires.

You mentioned the Solar taxi. Sorry to digress from the world saving and changing work of EV adoption. Maybe you should interview:

Brandenberger Anne Lucia

from the Solar Taxi Staff.

My mind is ... an ev race between ms. Paul and ms. Lucia...ha!!!
