I am sure the author's didn't intend it to be this way, but the religious music in the background struck me as ironic.  Perhaps you need FAITH to believe in a wind powered car.

  Did you happen to notice that the car is belt driven?  It looks like the rear wheels are powered by an electric motors and fan belts.  Nice.

  License plate is D44 KNP, black lettering on a white background.  We just need to track down the state, call the DMV and have these guys arrested for creating a road hazard.  Looks like his name is MY. YUN (or perhaps Mr. Yun).
