Nikki-- re: podcast 276-- it was two hours of on-topic grist, and I thank you for that-- and thank you for taking the time to list all the links for the show below, it's a great and convenient resource.

I attended the Santa Monica Alt Car Expo last Friday and Saturday, where I got my first drive in the Mini- E with my dear friend, Josh Allan, who was part of the team from AC Propulsion that developed the Mini- E's drive train.  I drove it near the end of the day so the charge had dropped to 30%, but despite that, the car was very responsive, powerful and fun.  The tires actually squealed a bit when I punched it!

If BMW can do it with the Mini- E, and Tesla and Reva can do it, there's no reason all the old-school car makers... GM, Toyota and Honda especially... could not have had real EVs on the market by now.
