Looks like the EBAY listing for the 3 Chinese NEV's ended today, with no bids. I am curious why this company bought 3 NEV's from China, when they could have bough 3 NEV's from fellow-countryman Ian Clifford, from ZENN?
Regarding the Aptera's wheel, the offset is likely due to the axle/braking system mounted to one side.Christopher Guest -- This is Spinal Tap.On to hydrogen...1. The target date isn't about an emissions mandate; there are developments in the hydrogen field that are stepping up the timeline. [BTW some of the developments help the electric vehicle.]2. Costs against hydrogen are mostly R&D and materials. Material costs are coming down. Also, a fuel cell is one way to use hydrogen, but not the only way.3. Drop the Hindenburg incident; It doesn't work. The Hindenburg burned not by hydrogen, but by the materials of the dirigible.4. No hydrogen cartel. You can produce hydrogen as well or produce it in concert with your neighborhood. T. Boone Pickens may try to cash in on hydrogen, but is most likely to push natural gas over hydrogen. If you want to stop Pickens, you can put natural gas side-by-side with hydrogen and watch which one consumers pick. What you should do is contact Roy McAlister at http://www.clean-air.org/ via phone (use the consulting address for email) and have him on the show. Roy has been working with hydrogen and building/converting cars to run on hydrogen for 40 years. I believe he has some experience; more so than you will ever get from the EV proponents. ;-)You can do the same with alcohol by getting David Blume on the show. Both of them talk about creating a system of sustainability and environmentally friendly in their respective fields. If you add in hydroxy, now you up the ante. That would require George Wiseman and/or Bob Boyce to be on the show as well.Peacemarcus
