We are here in Washington DC for the EDTA (Electric Drive and Transportation Association) Conference and the DC Auto Show. Day 1 is media day where we have an opportunity to see the floor without the crowds. We have a couple great interviews sharing breaking news that you will want to hear. Go for a ride with Bo in the Wheego Whip, and listen as we chat with a special guest at the end of the show. We will be back on Wed with another episode (Part II).
Update: first version had some really screwy low-pitched audio. Just fixed.
Don't just listen to the EVcast -- experience and be a part of it! Join us at 1:00pm Eastern, M-F, in our live video broadcast and chat along with us!
Enjoyed the interviews guys! So, are you going to arrange a cage match between Wheego and Think! The guy from Wheego really dissed the Think and almost seemed offended at any comparisons- a little touchy, wasn't he;-) John, from Think, had a better, broader attitude- it will be interesting to see how well their US production and sales plans go over the next year or so.
This is also an interesting interview for another reason- recall EVCAST#190, from March of last year, where you interviewed Susan Eustis of Wintergreen Research, who predicted that Think would weather the storm it was in, which was bancruptcy proceedings at the time, and come out as a leader in the EV sphere. Of course, this story still has a long ways to go, but I still find it interesting how things have turned out so far. Food for thought.
