You missed the #1 news story of the day. E-REV owners shut down the Capitol area in Washington D.C. protesting the new nationwide $411 annual car tag fee for all electric assisted cars. They CLAIM that they need the additional revenue to maintain the roads due to the dramatic shortfall in gasoline tax revenues they previously collected during the ICE heydays of the 80's and 90's.
This is just the same kinda crap as the Home Generated Solar Energy Tax Act of 2012 when traditional utility taxes dropped due to home generation and consumption and the large number of off-grid homes around the country.
I thought President Palin pledged to stop this crap when she defeated President Obama last year! Do any of these folks ever tell the truth?
Are you sure the space time worm hole didn't pop out in 2023? Recession/debt has slowed technological change/investment. I love my new solar heat convection oven. It saves the concentrated heat until I need it...to cook my frozen organic tofu dal curry and chard dinner. I am an unrepentant Goreist. How dare you insult us.
