You can look at th 24 page preview/advertisement from Wintergreen on their report at:

http://www.wintergreenresearch.com/reports/Electric%20Vehicles%202009%20brochure.pdf

I cannot find the timeline for the Volt (perhaps it is on the GM-Volt site), but if memory serves me, GM planned on a lot of mules early this year, followed by even more complete Volts late in the year or early next year- so the ones out now are probably the mules.

Well, I couldn't find the EV that Nissan 'unvieled' at the Geneva Auto Show, but the Mitsubishi i MiEV Sport Air, a jazzier version of the base I MiEV, looks pretty cool! You can see it at:  http://www.allcarselectric.com/blog/1019205_mitsubishi-reveals-i-miev-sport-air-concept-at-79th-annual-geneva-auto-show

Hmmm,
The WinterGreen report shows two companies in the EV marketplace are
   Aperta
   Aptera
Is there really an Aperta?  If so, it would be tough to keep them straight.
Thanks

Good catch John- the only 'Aperta' I could find is a company "that provides payment, check processing, and document management solutions for the banking and financial marketplace."  So I don't think this is what they are alluding to.  Which means they flubbed the spelling of Aptera.  Now how can you trust a report, much less pay $3400 for, that can't get the spelling of one of its principle sources correct;-)
