Your EVCast was wrong in one respect: you *can* lease a Toyota FCHV.  Today!  All for the low, low price of $7,700 per month (no, that's not a typo):

So, I guess the question to Greg "Hydrogen" Blencoe would be: Hey Greg: really, between a MiEV, a plug-in Prius, and a $7,700/mo vehicle with almost nowhere to refuel: which one do you think people would choose?

Hi Bo, Hey, I miss the daily evcast but thanks for keeping the program even when you're there in Italy. Nice to hear your little boy too. Keep it up! John M.

"Pringles unviels the jumbo jet" Haha! Love that analogy for the misleading exxon article!Smile

I understand Greg Blencoe is hoping hydrogen somehow succeeds but trying to mislead people with the "future hydrogen" vs "today's EV" comparison loses him all credibility in my view. Looks like autobloggreen viewers spotted it a mile away too.

Karen - $7700 USD per month for a hydrogen car? Crikey! Where's the savings - more importantly, what's the point?
